There is a need of terms and conditions because it helps to specify the actions permitted by the provider to users of their service, including SMS and other services that may be introduced in the future. The Company reserves the right to make changes in policy at any time.

• Each SMS contains maximum 160 characters.
• More than 160 Characters will be valued as multiple SMS.
• 160 Characters (including space) send to any Indian Mobile is 1 Credits.
• Promotional messages are not delivered on DND numbers.
• Promotional messages are delivered as per regulatory guidelines.
• Sender ID will be provided only in case of transactional messages. Sender ID can be of 6 Alphabetic Characters & Numeric only. (Some Special Characters are not allowed.)
• Services will be provided subject to Rules & Regulation.
• We require a confirmed partnership to enable us to initiate the job.
• Payment Term: Decided according to vendor agreement.
• Company reserves right to make future changes in 'Sales Packages', 'Terms & Conditions', or any other aspect of business due to swift changes in IT Services market place.
